| COMPANY HISTORY
The Jenuwine Family has been involved in the Tobacco business for over 50 years. Starting in the early 1950’s the company was located in Center Line, Michigan and concentrated on the distribution of cigars, tobacco, and cigarettes to retailers throughout the Detroit area. In the late 1950’s the company began placing cigarette vending machines throughout the Detroit area in bars, restaurants, gas stations, and public places. The company at that time was known as J & J Wholesale and Vending Company. From the mid 70’s through the early 80’s the compawent through explosive expansion growing from a $3 Million Dollar Company to one with Sales in excess of $60 Million Dollars. The company was sold to S. Abraham & Sons of Grand Rapids in 1988. From 1988 through 1997 the family was involved in the representation of major tobacco manufacturers to retailers and Wholesalers throughout the United States. The company operated retail Convenience and Specialty Stores in the Detroit area. Quality Fresh Cigars, Inc. was opened in 1997 as a Michigan based Corporation owned and operated by Daniel J. Jenuwine. It was designed to be a Mail Order Distribution Company that sells cigars direct to consumers throughout the United States. Having been in the Tobacco Distribution business his entire life, Jenuwine recognized the changing landscape in retail that was making it more difficult for cigar smokers to find their favorite brands. From an initial catalog containing 11 items that was mailed to 5,000 consumers, Quality Fresh Cigars today has over 1200 items in its catalog that is mailed to over 500,000 consumers annually. The company sells over 10 Million Cigars per year and the Jenuwine family has literally sold BILLIONS of Cigars over the past 50 years! The Quality Fresh Cigars Mission Statement sets forth the principal and beliefs that the company operates on… “IT shall be the responsibility of every employee of Quality Fresh Cigars to insure that every customer is treated with the utmost of respect and that a level of service that is superior in every way is given with every order that a customer places. Quality Fresh Cigars shall provide its customers with product that is excellent in quality, fresh beyond reproach, and always available at competitive prices.” COMPANY POLICIES Delivery Your order will ship to the address you supply when making your purchase. Please note: All first-time orders must ship to your credit card billing address. Orders placed by 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday will ship the same day. 2nd Day Air will be delivered on the second business day after the order is placed (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or QFC company holidays. May be 3rd or 4th business day for Alaska and Hawaii). APO/FPO and orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $10 charge in addition to our listed shipping charged. Next Day Air will be delivered on the next business day after the order is placed (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or QFC company holidays). There is no Saturday delivery. Surface shipping and Postal Services deliveries do not have a guaranteed delivery date.
Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you order from QFC except used pipes, you may return it within 15 days for a refund, credit or exchange (minus delivery charges).
Returns Any item, except used pipes can be returned with 15 days of purchase for a refund, credit or exchange (minus delivery charges). If, upon receipt of your order, there is damage to or loss of articles, save the packaging material and invoices and notify the delivery carrier for inspection. Send all returns via UPS or insured Parcel Post. No C.O.D. packages will be accepted. Please indicate the reason for your return along with your invoice and send to: QFC Returns, 1301 Aviation Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048. Promotional and/or free items must be returned with your order or you will be charged the retail price for the promotional or free items. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in original packaging (clipped or smoked cigars will not be accepted). Terms Prices are subject to change without notice. Deliveries to Michigan and Kentucky are subject to sales tax. When receiving catalogs, the most recent edition supersedes all previous catalogs. You must be 18 or older to order (or 19 or older in AK, AL, NJ and UT). We are not responsible for typographical errors. All catalog offers may not be available on website. Call 1-888-232-4427 to verify availability. Quantities may be limited by QFC and some offers are valid only while quantities last. Michigan and Kentucky shipments are subject to all current tobacco laws and taxes. The tobacco tax will automatically be added to your invoice on tobacco items only. Outside the states of Michigan and Kentucky, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes to the appropriate taxing authority. Loose or pouch tobacco may not be purchased using a credit card. We do not sell cigarettes! All shipments FOB Hebron, KY. Risk of loss is on the buyer during transport and shipment. Confidentiality We do not share or sell our mailing list or e-commerce data to anyone.
Backorders If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. We will ship the item to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse and charge your credit card accordingly. Domestic cigars will usually ship within 10 to 14 days. Some premium cigars may require additional time. Each backorder that ships from our warehouse will incur normal freight charges
Minimum Orders A minimum order of $25 is required for all purchases.
Gift Certificates Allow friends and family to choose for themselves with QFC Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are available in $5 increments. Simply tell your Customer Service Associate you wish to purchase gift certificates and we will forward the certificates along with the latest copy of our catalog. |
